Protecting your personal data matters to us. Below we explain how personal data is processed in connection with this website, in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).

2. Processing of personal data
We process personal data only to the extent necessary for a functional website and for our content and services, or where you actively provide us with data.
Contact form
When you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address and message) for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The submission is sent to our email address info@pamago.ch. We do not share this data without your consent.
Server log files / hosting
This website is hosted with Hostinger (server location: EU). When the website is accessed, information (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested and browser used) is automatically recorded in server log files. This data serves the secure and reliable operation of the website.
Fonts
Fonts are loaded locally from our own server (self-hosted). No data is transmitted to external providers such as Google Fonts.
Cookies and web analytics (Google Analytics)
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics sets cookies that enable an analysis of website use (e.g. pages visited, time on site, approximate location). The IP address is processed in truncated (anonymised) form.
It is used only with your consent, which you give via the cookie notice on your first visit and can withdraw at any time with effect for the future (e.g. by deleting the cookies in your browser). Without consent, no analytics cookies are set.

3. Disclosure to third parties
Your data is disclosed to third parties only where necessary to handle your enquiry, where you have consented, or where we are legally required to do so. Engaged service providers (e.g. the hosting provider) are carefully selected and bound to confidentiality.

We process and store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. The data is then deleted.
5. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to information about the data processed about you, as well as the right to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
6. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website at the relevant time applies.
